Ductless Mini-Split Installation
KirbnJays installs ductless mini-split systems for spaces where extending traditional ductwork is difficult or inefficient. We diagnose, repair, and maintain only the ductless systems we installed; we do not service systems installed by other companies. When properly installed and maintained, ductless systems are exceptionally reliable and rarely require repairs.

No. KirbnJays provides diagnosis and repair only for ductless mini-split systems that we installed.
Will KirbnJays maintain a ductless system installed by another company?
No. Ductless maintenance is available only for systems installed by KirbnJays.
Why does KirbnJays service only its own ductless installations?
Correct equipment selection, placement, installation, and ongoing maintenance all affect reliability. Limiting service to our own installations lets us stand behind the complete installation history and condition of the system.
Can a mini-split heat and cool?
Many ductless heat-pump systems provide both heating and cooling. The appropriate configuration depends on the space and the selected equipment.
Where can a ductless system be installed?
Common applications include additions, garages, workshops, bonus rooms, and older spaces without existing ducts. A site review determines what is practical.
